Long Overdue

I have the need,
To write
To lose control to my subconscious
Creating worlds where relevant things hold no relevancy
Where gravity cannot tie me down so I can express,
The best of me

In this dream space of mine there are no boundaries
You say I require stanzas, couplets, pentameters
These inept concepts mean no matter to me
Why confine yourself to laws?
For no amount of code can constitute
What is – art

My thoughts are impromptu
They may contain no meaning
But why must I worry if my composition is factual?
It is not my duty, but yours! to adjudicate
If my verbal musings do in fact
Have ciphers to connotate

It would be my pleasure to continue forever
But with gratification comes misfortune
For all writing possesses a life.
It is effortless to indulge in what you want
Until all your satisfaction comes to,
Its denouement.
